Otto Opticians is a great eyewear shop in London. I found professionally trained, very experienced staff with a high customer orientation. Especially Mr Carlo La Torre proved to be a valid help in solving one of my problems in spite of other opticians in London. Carlo manages to solve problems considering the customer's needs with the best technical solutions with an excellent quality price. I can say that courtesy, professionalism and customer care characterize the staff in this shop on Holloway Road.

My partner forgot his glasses on the way to watch the football and came across Otto's. The gentleman working was closing but kindly stayed open to quickly make up his prescription for a completely new pair of specs. This was so kind and very much appreciated - his actions really saved the day. A very big thank you!! Such a friendly service.

I've first visited Otto optics 10 years ago as they were conveniently close to my college. Since then I moved to the other side of town but I kept my account there because they never fail to surprise me and delight me on customer service and price. They make it truly worth crossing London. I'm not too well off and a visit to the opticians often ends up being expensive, but at Otto they're always quick to point out all the discounts available to me, and keep offering little complimentary extras on the side. They're extremely direct and human, all the advantages of being independent. I cannot recommend them enough. here's to another 10 years!
