Wash their hands as soon as the order is placed and wear gloves when preparing the food. I visited twice and both times the food was lovely and filling. Their rice balls are a mixed of Taiwanese and Japanese style rice balls - with lettuce and mayonnaise in the ones we tried. Great small bits if you’re in the area! I prefer the salted egg yolks and my partner prefers the ones with sausage.
